Peer Review
Authors must present their papers honestly without forgery, falsification, plagiarism, or inappropriate manipulation of data. Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The editor will notify you of the results of the review as soon as possible, expected within 8 to 12 weeks.
This journal maintains a double-blind review policy in which the names of reviewers are always kept confidential from the submitting author. Papers will be submitted for review anonymously by at least two reviewers who will be members of the Editorial Board or others of similar stature in the field. To streamline the review process and respond to authors quickly, Editors can triage submissions and make decisions without sending the paper for external review. The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into regarding manuscripts that are deemed unsuitable for publication in this journal. All correspondence, including notices of Editorial decisions and requests for revisions, will be sent via email.
Every submitted article will be independently reviewed by at least two reviewers. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decision based on reviewers’ recommendation:
Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.
Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made.
Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however
Decline Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal.
