Abstract

A strategy that can be used to implement KKNI is by improving the quality of human resources through learning at the college level. The enhancement of such qualified human resources are by developing a learning device in the form of teaching materials. This research aimed at developing KKNI oriented-materials (Indonesian National Qualification Framework) to strengthen Scientific Approach to mathematics teaching (lecturing) and evaluation. For this research, the descriptive method within quantitative approach was used to explore the subsurface of the problem referring a phase developed by Fenrich P, (2007). Moreover, the data collection techniques used were observation, test, and closedtype questionnaire. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques were mixed method to be analysed both descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that KKNI orientedteaching material development for strengthening the scientific approach, on the evaluation process lacture; and results of mathematics learning were categorized into being feasible or good.
